    "description" : "Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία αποσκοπεί στη συλλογή, πληροφοριών για την ιστορία και την εξέλιξη της χρωματογραφίας ως τεχνική διαχωρισμού. Η ύλη της εργασίας περιλαμβάνεται σε 5 κεφάλαια τα οποία αναφέρονται στην \nανακάλυψη  και  τη  χρήση  της  Χρωματογραφίας  από  τον  Ρώσο  βοτανολόγο Tswett(1903), την θεωρία της μεθόδου αναλυτικότερα, τις χρωματογραφικές τεχνικές  που ανακαλύφθηκαν  μέχρι  σήμερα καθώς  και  την  εξέλιξη  της \nχρωματογραφίας στο πέρασμα του χρόνου. Η χρωματογραφική ανάλυση, γνωστή συνήθως ως χρωματογραφία, περιλαμβάνει μια σειρά τεχνικών φυσικού διαχωρισμού και προσδιορισμού των συστατικών μείγματος ανόργανων ή οργανικών ουσιών. Η χρωματογραφία, που εφευρέθηκε πριν από περισσότερο από 100 έτη , είναι η ευρύτατα χρησιμοποιημένη τεχνική διαχωρισμού στον κόσμο σήμερα. Έχει βοηθήσει τη γέννηση της σύγχρονης ανάλυσης ουσιών και συνεχίζει να επηρεάζει έντονα το προφίλ των χημικών, βιοχημικών και κλινικών εργαστηρίων, δηλαδή αρκετά απλά, είναι μια ευρεία σειρά των φυσικών μεθόδων που χρησιμοποιούνται για να χωρίσουν και ή να αναλύσουν τα σύνθετα μίγματα.",
