    "description" : "Η ροδακινιά αποτελεί την πιο δυναμική καλλιέργεια μεταξύ των  διάφορων φυλλοβόλων δενδροκομικών ειδών που  καλλιεργούνται για παραγωγή νωπών καρπών. Χαρακτηριστική είναι η αλματώδης αύξηση των εκτάσεων που φυτεύτηκαν με ροδακινιές στην Ελλάδα τα τελευταία 25 χρόνια . Σταθερή ανοδική πορεία παρουσίασε και η συνολική παραγωγή. Οι μικρές διακυμάνσεις της παραγωγής οφείλονται στην επικράτηση δυσμενών καιρικών συνθηκών ορισμένες χρονιές και κυρίως σε παγετοπληξίες  των δένδρων από παγετούς του χειμώνα ή της άνοιξης.\nΗ εργασία απαρτίζεται από τα περιεχόμενα, το 1ο\nκεφάλαιο που είναι μια \nεισαγωγή για την καταγωγή της ροδακινιάς, την κατάσταση της καλλιέργειας του \nφυτού στην επαρχία των Γιαννιτσών, τα βοτανικά και άλλα κύρια χαρακτηριστικά \nτης  ροδακινι\nάς  και  τις  κυριότερες  ποικιλίες  της  ροδακινιάς  στην  επαρχία  των \nΓιαννιτσών. Στην συνέχεια έπονται τα\nκεφάλαιο τα οποία περιέχουν την \nανάπτυξη  του  θέματος  αυτού  δηλαδή,  για  τις  κυριότερες  ασθένειες  και  τους \nκυριότερους  εχθρούς  της  ροδακινιάς  στο  Νο\nμό  Πέλλας.  Τέλος  αναφέρονται  της \nβιβλιογραφικές  πηγές που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν.",
