    "description" : "Η μελέτη πραγματεύεται σχετικά με τα Αρωματικά και Φαρμακευτικά Φυτά στην περιοχή της Κοζάνης. Αναφέρεται σε ιστορικά στοιχεία,  στην καλλιέργεια και επεξεργασία των αρωματικών φυτών με σκοπό την παραγωγή και αξιοποίηση τους από τον αγροτικό κόσμο. Παρουσιάζεται η υφιστάμενη εμπορική κατάσταση στην Ελληνική και Διεθνή αγορά και δίνεται έμφαση στις σημαντικότερες καλλιέργειες της περιοχής και κυρίως στην λεβάντα, το τριαντάφυλλο και τον κρόκο, ενώ, αναφέρονται και οι κυριότεροι μεταποιητές και συνεταιρισμοί της περιοχής μας στον κλάδο αυτό. Η αναγκαιότητα και σκοπιμότητα της παρούσας ενασχόλησης μου, πηγάζει από την πεποίθηση ότι η καλλιέργεια των αρωματικών και φαρμακευτικών φυτών είναι κατάλληλη για τον τόπο μας, παρά το γεγονός ότι βρισκόμαστε στην αρχή της προσπάθειας, λόγω της έλλειψης συντονισμένης εθνικής πολιτικής στον συγκεκριμένο κλάδο.",
