    "description" : "Η εργασία έχει σαν αντικείμενο το καλαμπόκι, τα γενικά χαρακτηριστικά του καλαμποκιού, τη προέλευσή του, τους βασικούς τύπους  και την ανατομία του, ενώ παράλληλα θα αναφερθούν τα προβλήματα που αντιμετωπίζονται κατά τη διάρκεια της καλλιέργειας καλαμποκιού. Παράλληλα θα γίνει εστίαση στην αντοχή του καλαμποκιού στις καταπονήσεις, που σχετίζονται με όλους τους βιοτικούς και αβιοτικούς παράγοντες δηλ.  ανταγωνισμός με άλλα φυτά και ζιζάνια  αλλά  και στις προκαλούμενες από τις κλιματολογικές αλλαγές. στο πρόβλημα της ξηρασίας και στον ανταγωνισμό με τα έντομα και άλλες ασθένειες που απειλούν την παραγωγή του. Παράλληλα θα γίνει αναφορά στο κατάλληλο έδαφος, τα θρεπτικά στοιχεία και τα υβρίδια, γενικότερα το γενετικό υλικό που είναι απαραίτητο για το καλύτερο δυνατό αποτέλεσμα.",
