    "description" : "Τα λίπη και τα έλαια διακρίνονται ανάλογα:\n1.με την προέλευσή τους, σε φυτικά και ζωικά\n2.με την φυσική τους κατάσταση, τα έλαια είναι αυτά που στη συνηθισμένη θερμοκρασία είναι υγρά και αυτά που είναι στερεά ονομάζονται λίπη (τα οποία αρχίζουν να τήκονται από τους 45°C και πάνω). Τα λίπη και τα έλαια είναι πολύ διαδεδομένα στη φύση. Τα παίρνουμε από τις φυσικές πρώτες ύλες είτε με σύνθλιψη και συμπίεση των καρπών ή των σπερμάτων που περιέχουν το λάδι, είτε με εκχύλιση με ένα κατάλληλο διαλυτικό μέσο όπως ο διθειάνθρακας και η βενζίνη.\n Φυσικές ιδιότητες λιπαρών σωμάτων: Τα λιπαρά σώματα είναι άοσμα ή έχουν μια ασθενή οσμή. Έχουν μια χαρακτηριστική λιπαρή γεύση. Έχουν διάφορα χρώματα από ανοιχτό κίτρινο έως βαθύ πράσινο. Είναι λίγο ελαφρότερα από το νερό (πυκνότητα 0,9 ως 0,97 g/cm³).",
