    "description" : "Αντικείμενο της παρούσας εργασίας αποτελεί η σχεδίαση και η μελέτη ενός μικρής κλίμακας υδροηλεκτρικού έργου (Μ.Υ.Η.Ε.), με σκοπό την πλήρη κατανόηση της διαδικασίας\nπου απαιτείται προκειμένου να σχεδιαστεί και να ολοκληρωθεί ένα τέτοιο έργο.  \nΗ δομή της εργασίας συνοψίζεται στις εξής ενότητες. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται μια εισαγωγή στο αντικείμενο της παρούσας εργασίας και επισημαίνεται η αναγκαιότητα της\nπράσινης ανάπτυξης με ταυτόχρονη παράθεση στοιχείων σχετικά με τα προβλήματα της κλιματικής αλλαγής και της οικονομικής ύφεσης που συνιστούν τη συγκεκριμένη αναγκαιότητα,\nεπισημαίνοντας την καταλληλότητα της λύσης των μικρής κλίμακας υδροηλεκτρικών έργων στα προαναφερόμενα προβλήματα, ειδικότερα για την περίπτωση της Ελλάδας.   \nΣτο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο ορίζονται και περιγράφονται τα Μ.Υ.Η.Ε. όσον αφορά στην ιστορική τους αναδρομή, στις διαθέσιμες τεχνικές αλλά και στα βασικά τους χαρακτηριστικά.\nΣτο τρίτο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζεται ο μηχανισμός λειτουργίας των Μ.Υ.Η.Ε. σχετικά με την παραγωγή ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας, αναλύοντας θέματα όπως η διαστασιολόγηση του σταθμού και\nη επιλογή της κατάλληλης θέσης. Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο καταγράφονται τα στάδια μιας μελέτης Μ.Υ.Η.Ε. καθώς και τα έργα που πρέπει να γίνουν προκειμένου να υλοποιηθεί ένα τέτοιο έργο.\nΣτο πέμπτο κεφάλαιο περιγράφεται ο απαιτούμενος ηλεκτρομηχανολογικός εξοπλισμός ενώ στο\nέκτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται μελέτη συγκεκριμένης περίπτωσης Μ.Υ.Η.Ε., έργου ισχύος 1900 KW που υλοποιήθηκε στο Νομό Φωκίδας (Δελφοί- θέση «Αγία Άννα») από την εταιρία ΦΩΚΙΚΗ\nΕΝΕΡΓΕΙΑΚΗ Α.Ε., αναγνωρίζοντας με αυτόν τον τρόπο τα προαναφερόμενα θεωρητικά σχήματα στην πρακτική τους εκδοχή.",
