    "description" : "Στην προσπάθεια εξοικονόμησης ενέργειας και διατήρησης των φυσικών πόρων, η ανθρωπότητα πρέπει να προωθήσει, σε όσο το δυνατόν μεγαλύτερο βαθμό την αξιοποίηση της καύσης των απορριμμάτων ως μέθοδο παραγωγής ενέργειας. Στόχος πρέπει να είναι η αποφυγή της σπατάλης και η εκμετάλλευση των φυσικών πόρων σε όλο τον κύκλο χρήσης τους.  \nΚάθε χώρα έχει αναπτύξει τις δικές της κρατικές πρωτοβουλίες για να προωθήσει τις ιδέες ελαχιστοποίησης των απορριμμάτων, επαναχρησιμοποίησης, καθώς και εξοικονόμησης ενέργειας οι οποίες εξαρτώνται από τις υπάρχουσες\nυποδομές μεταφορών, τις πυκνότητες των πληθυσμών ,την διαθεσιμότητα της γης τις απαιτήσεις ενέργειας και τους περιβαλλοντολογικούς κανονισμούς. \nΕπομένως ο βαθμός στον οποίο κάθε επιλογή διαχείρισης χρησιμοποιείται σε μια χώρα, μπορεί να διαφέρει σημαντικά. Παρά την έμφαση που δίνεται στην ελαχιστοποίηση των απορριμμάτων, αναγνωρίζεται ότι η κοινωνία θα συνεχίσει να\nπαράγει απορρίμματα που απαιτούν είτε αποτέφρωση είτε υγειονομική ταφή στο προβλεπόμενο μέλλον.  \nΣαν αποτέλεσμα, χρήση της αποτέφρωσης με εξοικονόμηση ενέργειας, αναμένεται να αυξηθεί σε πολλές χώρες την επομένη δεκαετία, ειδικά ως αποτέλεσμα κανονισμών που περιορίζουν το οργανικό περιεχόμενο των απορριμμάτων που\nπροορίζονται για υγειονομική ταφή.",
