    "description" : "Η χρήση της τεχνολογίας κυριαρχεί πλέον στη ζωή μας και όπως είναι φυσικό έχει εισχωρήσει έστω και με αργά βήματα και στον τομέα της γεωργίας.\nΚάθε παραγωγός πριν λάβει την απόφαση να προχωρήσει στην εφαρμογή μιας τεχνολογικής καινοτομίας θα πρέπει να εξετάσει όλους τους παράγοντες, τους περιορισμούς και τα εμπόδια που μπορεί να υπάρχουν για τη εφαρμογή της καινοτομίας.\nΒέβαια για να εφαρμοστεί μία καινοτομία θα πρέπει πρώτα απ’ όλα να γίνει αποδεκτή από τον παραγωγό και για να γίνει αποδεκτή θα πρέπει να υπάρχουν οι κατάλληλες συνθήκες. Η αποδοχή εφαρμογής μιας τεχνολογικής καινοτομίας εξαρτάται σε μεγάλο βαθμό από την ηλικία του αρχηγού της γεωργικής εκμετάλλευσης, την εκπαίδευσή του, τις γνώσεις που έχει για κάποιους αναπτυξιακούς νόμους, από το εισόδημα και από πολλούς άλλους παράγοντες.\nΗ εφαρμογή τεχνολογικών καινοτομιών έχει παίξει σημαντικό ρόλο στον εκσυγχρονισμό του γεωργικού τομέα, καθώς έχει συμβάλλει στην αύξηση των παραγωγικών δυνατοτήτων των γεωργικών εκμεταλλεύσεων, στην μείωση του κόστους παραγωγής, στην αύξηση της ανταγωνιστικότητας από την οποία κερδισμένος είναι ο καταναλωτής ο οποίος απολαμβάνει τα βελτιωμένα παραγόμενα προϊόντα. Δηλαδή, η εφαρμογή τεχνολογικών καινοτομιών έχει συμβάλλει στην αναδιάρθρωση και στην ανάπτυξη του γεωργικού τομέα.",
