    "description" : "Στόχος της παρούσας εργασίας είναι να βοηθήσει τον αναγνώστη στην κατανόηση του ρόλου που διαδραματίζει η Διοικητική των Συγκρούσεων στο επιχειρηματικό γίγνεσθαι της Ελλάδας. Γίνεται μια προσπάθεια εκτίμησης της μέχρι τώρα πορείας της καθώς και λύσεις για την αντιμετώπιση των συγκρούσεων μέσα στις επιχειρήσεις. Τα επιχειρησιακά στελέχη αντιμετωπίζουν κατά την άσκηση των καθηκόντων τους διαφωνίες και συγκρούσεις. Αυτό αποδεικνύεται από σχετικές εμπειρικές έρευνες που αποδεικνύουν ότι ο χρόνος ενασχόλησης των στελεχών με συγκρούσεις και διαπραγματεύσεις υπερβαίνει το 20% του ημερήσιου χρόνου απασχόλησής τους. Στο άκουσμα της σύγκρουσης, πολλοί από μας μπορεί να νιώσουν απειλητικά. Όμως οι σύγκρουση έχει διάφορα επίπεδα και σε καμιά περίπτωση δεν ταυτίζεται μόνο με την επιθετικότητα, τη βία και την ωμότητα αλλά και με τον πολιτισμό, την ανάπτυξη και την εξέλιξη. Έτσι η Διοίκηση της κάθε επιχείρησης καλείται να «εκπαιδεύσει» τους υπαλλήλους της, στις τεχνικές αντιμετώπισης των συγκρούσεων και παράλληλα να προχωρήσουν στην υιοθέτηση των τρόπων διευθέτησης ενδο-προσωπικών και διαπροσωπικών συγκρούσεων.",
