    "description" : "Η έννοια της επαγγελματικής εξουθένωσης (burnout) κάνει την εμφάνιση του ολοένα και περισσότερο τόσο τα τελευταία χρόνια και έχει ήδη απασχολήσει ιδιαίτερα  τους ψυχολόγους, τους κοινωνιολόγους, αλλά και τους ειδικούς του μάνατζμεντ, διότι έχουν αναγνωρίσει τις σημαντικές της επιπτώσεις στο άτομο, στον οργανισμό και γενικότερα στην οικονομία και την παραγωγή. Η ερμηνεία του “burn out” σημαίνει «αναλώνομαι προοδευτικά εκ των ένδον μέχρι του σημείου της απανθράκωσης» Ο όρος «επαγγελματική εξουθένωση» χρησιμοποιήθηκε για πρώτη φορά το 1974 από τον Freudenberger για την περιγραφή των συμπτωμάτων σωματικής και ψυχικής εξουθένωσης σε επαγγελματίες υπηρεσιών ψυχικής υγείας και, γενικότερα, σε χώρους που δημιουργούνται στενές σχέσεις μεταξύ επαγγελματιών και ατόμων που έχουν την ανάγκη τους. . Η εργασία αποτελεί εμπειρική έρευνα στους τομείς : υγείας πρόνοιας και διοίκησης (αστυνομικούς, τραπεζικούς υπαλλήλους, γιατρούς και νοσηλευτές που εξετάσαμε ).",
