    "description" : "Στη συγκεκριμένη Διπλωματική θα προσπαθήσουμε να δούμε ποιες στρατηγικές χρησιμοποίησε η ALPHA, για την είσοδο της στην αγορά των Βαλκανίων και πως αυτές τον βοήθησαν, στο να προβεί σ’ άμεσες επενδύσεις, στη χώρα όπου και μελετάμε.  Η μελέτη μας εστιάζει σε δύο ενότητες, στη θεωρητική και πρακτική. Συγκεκριμένα στη θεωρητική ενότητα θα γίνει η προσέγγιση όλων αυτών των μοντέλων που χρησιμοποιούνται από την ΑLPHΑ, προκειμένου από τη μια να μελετήσουν το περιβάλλον της χώρας που έχουν επιλέξει να προσεγγίσουν και από την άλλη προκειμένου να εισαχθούν σ’ αυτές μ’ επιτυχία. Στη δεύτερη ενότητα, η οποία αποτελεί το πρακτικό μέρος της μελέτης, μέσα από έρευνα θα μελετήσουμε τη δράση της τράπεζας στη Ρουμανία.",
