    "description" : "Σκοπός της εργασίας είναι να εξετάσουμε τον κλάδο παραγωγής τσιμέντου, με επίκεντρο την αξιολόγηση και ανάλυση των δύο μεγαλύτερων ομίλων του, της ΑΓΕΤ ΗΡΑΚΛΗΣ και της ΤΙΤΑΝ, προσδιορίζοντας την οικονομική θέση και την ικανότητα κερδοφορίας τους. Με την μελέτη αυτή επιδιώκεται, χρησιμοποιώντας τις λογιστικές καταστάσεις και τα οικονομικά στοιχεία των εταιρειών, να δημιουργηθούν τα επιχειρηματικά τους σχέδια. Η δημιουργία ενός Επιχειρηματικού σχεδίου (business plan) είναι ένα σημαντικό εργαλείο για την βελτίωση της απόδοσης της επιχείρησης. Τα τελευταία χρόνια η κατάθεση επιχειρηματικού σχεδίου είναι απαραίτητη για επιχειρηματικά δάνεια επιδοτήσεις από την Ε.Ε. και άλλες παρόμοιες ενέργειες. Έτσι θα μπορέσουμε να αξιολογήσουμε κατά πόσο οι επιλεγόμενες πολιτικές τους είναι αποτελεσματικές για τις μελλοντικές θέσεις τους και να τις συγκρίνουμε.",
