Το όργανο δίνει τη δυνατότητα είτε να παρακολουθεί τις στιγμιαίες τιμές των ηλεκτρικών μεγεθών, είτε να  της καταγράφει.\nΕπίσης παρουσιάζοντα οι τεχνικές του δυνατότητες, οι δυνατότητες μέτρησης, το μέγεθος των σφαλμάτων κατά τη μέτρηση, οι αισθητήρες ρεύματος και τάσης, καθώς και οι δυνατές συνδεσμολογίες μέτρησης.\nΕπίσης γίνεται αναφορά στην αντιμετώπιση αρμονικών με τη χρήση φίλτρων και στης πηγές δημιουργίας των αρμονικών.",
