    "description" : "Σκοπός της εργασίας είναι η παρουσίαση βασικών εννοιών του τραπεζικού συστήματος όπως έχε παρουσιαστεί τα τελευταία χρόνια καθώς και η ανάλυση του ομίλου Πειραιώς ο οποίος τα τελευταία χρόνια έχει απορροφήσει διάφορα τραπεζικά ιδρύματα λόγω ύφεσης. Αναλυτικότερα παρουσιάζεται ο ρόλος των τραπεζών διαχρονικά έως σήμερα. Ακολουθεί η παρουσίαση του θεσμικού πλαισίου που διέπει τα χρηματοπιστωτικά ιδρύματα καθώς και το σύνολο των εποπτικών κανόνων. Εξηγούνται οι όροι εξαγορών και συγχωνεύσεων ως ένα σύγχρονο εργαλείο ενίσχυσης του τραπεζικού συστήματος καθώς και οι όροι και η σημασία των χρηματοοικονομικών αναλύσεων. Στην ανάλυση που ακολουθείται χρησιμοποιείται η μεθοδολογία CAMELS ως προς την χρήση και διαχρονική αξιολόγηση μέσω αριθμοδεικτών της πορείας του ομίλου και της τράπεζας.\nΤα αποτελέσματα μπορούν να αξιολογηθούν βάση των σημερινών οικονομικών συνθηκών καθώς και των αποφάσεων που έχει λάβει ο όμιλος τα τελευταία χρόνια. Με την αξιοποίηση των αρχικών όρων και εννοιών σε συνδυασμό με τα αποτελέσματα των αναλύσεων μπορεί να βοηθήσει στην εξαγωγή συμπερασμάτων για την ευρύτερη ασφάλεια του τραπεζικού συστήματος μέσω των θεσμών που βοήθησαν στην διάσωση του.",
