    "description" : "Το θέμα της εργασίας πραγματεύεται τον βαθμό ύπαρξης αποξένωσης και ατομικισμού στον εργασιακό χώρο. Ο σκοπός της εργασίας είναι να παρουσιαστεί και να αναλυθεί ο βαθμός ύπαρξης αποξένωσης και ατομικισμού στον εργασιακό χώρο. Η μέθοδος συγγραφής της βασίζεται στην τεχνική της έρευνας με βιβλιογραφικά στοιχεία - πηγές αλλά και με ερωτηματολόγιο. Μετά την επεξεργασία των δεδομένων, θα εξαχθούν ασφαλή συμπεράσματα που αφορούν την αποξένωση και τον ατομικισμό στον εργασιακό χώρο με όλες τις προεκτάσεις τους. Η εργασία στρέφεται πιο συγκεκριμένα στον εργασιακό χώρο και τις δυσλειτουργίες του και τέλος στην εργασιακή ψυχολογική κακομεταχείριση (ορισμός, προβλήματα στην υγεία που προκαλούνται από την εργασιακή ψυχολογική κακομεταχείριση, οικονομικό κόστος στις επιχειρήσεις, τακτικές κακομεταχείρισης, εργασιακή ψυχολογική κακομεταχείριση και διαταραχές προσωπικότητας, νομική αντιμετώπιση).",
