    "description" : "Τα ροδάκινα ανήκουν στην οικογένεια των ροδανθών και αποτελούν για την Ελλάδα την πρώτη δενδροκομική καλλιέργεια από τα φυλλοβόλα οπωροφόρα. Η τυποποίησή τους θεωρείται η διαδικασία προετοιμασίας τους για την αγορά, δηλαδή η ταξινόμησή τους σε ποιοτικές κατηγορίες (έξτρα, Ι, ΙΙ) με βάση τα εμπορικά πρότυπα ποιότητας που προβλέπονται από κοινοτικούς κανονισμούς. Στην εργασία  που  ακολουθεί  θα  εξεταστεί  όλη  τη  διαδικασία  παραγωγής,\nτυποποίησης  και  συσκευασίας  των  νωπών  ροδάκινων.  Συγκεκριμένα,  στο  1ο\nκεφάλαιο   γίνεται   γενική   αναφορά   στην   έννοια,   τα   οφέλη   και   τη   δομή   και\nδιάρθρωση  του  κλάδου  τυποποίησης.  Στο  2ο\nκεφάλαιο  γίνεται  η  περιγραφή  του\nροδάκινου,  καθώς  και  των  μεθόδων,  των  συστημάτων  και  των  σκοπών  της\nσυντήρησης,   καθώς   και   της   μεταποίησης   των   καρπών.   Στο   3ο\nκεφάλαιο\nπαρουσιάζεται   το   θεσμικό   πλαίσιο   της   τυποποίησης   και   οι   κανονισμοί   της\nτυποποίησης  των  ροδάκινων.  Το  4ο\nκεφάλαιο  περιλαμβάνει  όλη  τη  διαδικασία\nτυποποίησης  και  συσκευασίας  των  νωπών  ροδάκινων,  με  την  περιγραφή  των\nχρησιμοποιούμενων  εγκαταστάσεων,  τις  γενικές  απαιτήσεις  λειτουργίας  αυτών,\nτον ποιοτικό έλεγχο των προϊόντων και τα μέσα και είδη της συσκευασίας. Τέλος,\nστο 5ο\nκεφάλαιο γίνεται αναφορά στο κόστος τυποποίησης και παρουσιάζονται τα\nστοιχεία αυτού καθώς και οι παράγοντες που το διαμορφώνουν αλλά και οι τρόποι\nμείωσής του.",
