    "description" : "Η παρούσα μελέτη συντάχθηκε σύμφωνα με τον Ν. 998/79 \"Περί προστασίας δασών και δασικών εκτάσεων της χώρας\" καθώς με βάσει τον πίνακα 1 της ΚΥΑ 69269/5387/90 και αφορά το υπό εκμετάλλευση λατομείο αδρανών ασβεστόλιθου στη θέση Μπογαζάκι, Δήμου Αλιβερίου Ν. Ευβοίας. Η μελέτη εξετάζει τις επιπτώσεις στο περιβάλλον από τη λειτουργία του Λατομείου καθώς και την αντιμετώπιση των επιπτώσεων αυτών με μέτρα προστασίας και αποκατάστασης, όπως τη δημιουργία βαθμίδων στις οριακές θέσεις του λατομείου και τη δενδροφύτευση των περιοχών, όπου έχει τελειώσει η εκμετάλλευση.\n        Στη μελέτη εξετάζονται διεξοδικά οι επιπτώσεις από την ανάπτυξη του ορυχείου στο περιβάλλον και υποδεικνύονται οι τρόποι και μέθοδοι ούτως ώστε αύτες να είναι οι ελάχιστες δυνατές. Επίσης εξετάζονται οι ενναλακτικές λύσεις και γενικότερα τα οφέλη της περιοχής από την ενεργοποίηση του εξεταζόμενου λατομείου.",
