    "description" : "Στην προσπάθεια εξοικονόμησης ενέργειας και διατήρησης των \nφυσικών πόρων, η\nανθρωπότητα πρέπει να προωθήσει, σε όσο το \nδυνατόν μεγαλύτερο βαθμό,\nδιαδικασίες ανακύκλωσης, ή \nαξιοποίησης της καύσης των απορριμμάτων ως μέθοδο\nπαραγωγής \nενέργειας. Στόχος πρέπει να είναι η αποφυγή της σπατάλης και η\nεκμετάλλευση των φυσικών πόρων σε όλο\nτον κύκλο χρήσης τους.\nΚάθε χώρα έχει αναπτύξει τις δικές της κρατικές πρωτοβουλίες για \nνα προωθήσει τις\nιδέες ελαχιστοποίησης των απορριμμάτων, \nεπαναχρησιμοποίησης και ανακύκλωσης\nκαθώς και εξοικονόμησης \nενέργειας οι οποίες εξαρτώνται από τις υπάρχουσες\nυποδομές \nμεταφορών,τις πυκνότητες των πληθυσμών,την διαθεσιμότητα της \nγής,τις\nαπαιτήσεις ενέργειας και τους περιβαλλοντολογικούς \nκανονισμούς.Επομένως ο\nβαθμός στον οποίο κάθε επιλογή \nδιαχείρισης χρησιμοποιείται σε μια χώρα,μπορεί να\nδιαφέρει \nσημαντικά.\nΠαρά την έμφαση που δίνεται στην ελαχιστοποίηση και \nτην ανακύκλωση των \nαπορριμμάτων,αναγνωρίζεται ότι η κοινωνία \nθα συνεχίσει να παράγει απορρίμματα\nπου απαιτούν είτε \nαποτέφρωση είτε υγειονομική ταφή στο προβλεπόμενο μέλλον.Σαν\nαποτέλεσμα, χρήση της αποτέφρωσης με εξοικονόμηση \nενέργειας,αναμένεται να\nαυξηθεί σε πολλές χώρες την επομένη \nδεκαετία,ειδικά ως αποτέλεσμα κανονισμών\nπου περιορίζουν το \nοργανικό περιεχόμενο των απορριμμάτων που προορίζονται για\nυγειονομική ταφή",
