    "description" : "Το ελαιόλαδο είναι ένα αναπόσπαστο κομμάτι της διατροφής μας. Στην Ελλάδα η κατανάλωση ελαιόλαδου είναι πολύ μεγάλη. Αυτό οφείλεται βέβαια και στο γεγονός ότι είναι μια  Μεσογειακή  χώρα,  η  οποία  μάλιστα  ανήκει  στις  τρεις  πρώτες  παραγωγούς-  χώρες ελαιόλαδου στην Ευρώπη. Από αρχαιοτάτων όμως χρόνων το ελαιόδεντρο και ο καρπός του είναι πολύτιμα προϊόντα της ελληνικής γης.\nΚαθημερινά όλοι μας στα γεύματά μας συμπεριλαμβάνουμε το ελαιόλαδο. Τα τελευταία χρόνια βέβαια έχει παρατηρηθεί αύξηση στην κατανάλωση και άλλων φυτικών ελαίων, σπορέλαιων όπως το ηλιέλαιο, το φοινικέλαιο και άλλα.\nΤα έλαια τα χρησιμοποιούμε για τηγάνισμα, στο μαγείρεμα αλλά και ωμά στις διάφορες σαλάτες.\nΤα σπορέλαια κατά τα τελευταία έτη είναι πολύ διαδεδομένα στην Ελλάδα αυτό μπορεί να το διαπιστωθεί από την ζήτησή τους, που παρουσιάζει μικρή σταδιακή αύξηση ανά έτος τα τελευταία 4 χρόνια, η ζήτηση αυτή αναμένεται να συνεχιστεί τα επόμενα έτη, καθώς σημαντικό ρόλο για την αύξηση αυτή παίζει η χαμηλή τιμή τους σε σύγκριση με το ελαιόλαδο και η ελαφριά γεύση τους.\nΤα σπορέλαια χωρίζονται σε δύο κατηγορίες : αυτά που προέρχονται από τους σπόρους το φυτών όπως: ο ηλίανθος, το καλαμπόκι και το βαμβάκι, αυτά που εξέρχονται από καρπούς των δέντρων όπως το λάδι του φοίνικα.\nΚαι στις δύο κατηγορίες το έλαιο παραλαμβάνεται είτε με πίεση, είτε με εκχύλιση των ελαιούχων σπόρων με οργανικό διαλύτη, είτε και με τις δύο τεχνικές χρησιμοποιούμενες διαδοχικά, το λάδι εξέρχεται με την διαδικασία της αλκαλικής διύλισης και με την χρήση κάποιου διαλύτη.",
