    "description" : "Στην πτυχιακή μελέτη που ακολουθεί, γίνεται προσπάθεια να αναλυθούν, όσο εκτενέστερα γίνεται, οι έννοιες της Επιχειρηματικότητας και της Καινοτομίας  στον τομέα παραγωγής και επεξεργασίας αρωματικών φυτών. \n\nΑρχικά, γίνεται αναφορά στην έννοια της επιχειρηματικότητας, στα κίνητρα που ωθούν σε αυτήν, καθώς και στα είδη της. Δίνεται η σχέση της με έννοιες όπως η ανάπτυξη, η εκπαίδευση, ο επιχειρηματίας και ο ανταγωνισμός στις επιχειρήσεις. Αναφέρονται οι τρόποι ενίσχυσης της επιχειρηματικότητας καθώς και τα επίπεδα της επιχειρηματικής δραστηριότητας στην Ελλάδα.\nΣτη συνέχεια, παρουσιάζεται η έννοια της καινοτομίας, οι μορφές της, οι πηγές άντλησής της και τα στάδια της. Σημειώνεται η επίδρασή της στην επιχειρησιακή λειτουργία και στο management, καθώς και τρόποι για την εμπορευματοποίηση και την χρηματοδότηση της καινοτομίας. Επίσης, δίνεται η σχέση της καινοτομίας με την τεχνολογία και την οικονομική κρίση και πώς η επιχείρηση με τη συνεχή επιδίωξη για διαφοροποίηση καταφέρνει να δημιουργήσει ανταγωνιστικό πλεονέκτημα.",
