Εξετάζει το επιχειρηματικό σχέδιο ανάπτυξης μίας εταιρείας καθώς και τα κόστη – οφέλη αυτού στο θεωρητικό της τμήμα. Ακόμη θα εφαρμόσει την θεωρία σε μια πραγματική επιχείρηση στο χώρο των Τεχνολογιών Πληροφορικής και Υπηρεσιών. Η μεγάλη αξία του επιχειρηματικού σχεδίου είναι αδιαμφισβήτητη στο μεταβαλλόμενο περιβάλλον της σύγχρονης κοινωνίας. Η στρατηγική διοίκηση θα πρέπει να είναι η βάση πάνω στην οποία θα στηριχθούν οι επιχειρήσεις και οι οργανισμοί ούτως ώστε να αντέξουν στους κραδασμούς της αβεβαιότητας του επιχειρησιακού περιβάλλοντος. Αποτελεί ένα εξαιρετικά ενδιαφέρον πεδίο για ενασχόληση και εμβάθυνση γιατί βοηθά στην ανάπτυξη της επιχειρηματικότητας με ιδέες οι οποίες είναι στρατηγικά σωστά δομημένες. Έτσι ελαχιστοποιείται ο κίνδυνος αποτυχίας τους κάτι το οποίο είναι πολύ σημαντικό για την ανάπτυξη μίας κοινωνίας.",
