Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο \nπαρουσιάζεται  η  εξέλιξη  των  τηλεπικοινωνιών  στην  Ευρώπη  και  στις  Η.Π.Α., \nπαρουσιάζοντας αναλυτικά στοιχεία για την κατάσταση \nπου επικρατεί στην Ευρώπη \n(δίνοντας  κάποια  επιμέρους  παραδείγματα  επί  του  θέμα\nτος,  όπως  για  τις \nτηλεπικοινωνίες στη Γερμανία, τη Μεγάλη Βρετανία) και στις\n Η.Π.Α.    \nΣτο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο με τίτλο γίνεται \nμια ιστορική ανασκόπηση της κινητής τηλεφωνίας, αναλύονται στοιχεία που αφορούν \nτις  κινητές  και  προσωπικές  επικοινωνίες,  οι  γενικές  τάσεις  στην  εξέλιξη  των \nσυστημάτων  κινητών  επικοινωνιών  και  παρουσιάζεται  ο  τρόπος  λειτουργίας  του \nδικτύου κινητής τηλεφωνίας, καθώς και η δομή του.",
