    "description" : "Σκοπός της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι ο υπολογισμός των μέτρων απόδοσης, fill rate, wip και cycle time, με την βοήθεια της προσομοίωσης. Ο υπολογισμός των μέτρων απόδοσης παρέχει τη δυνατότητα υπολογισμού της συνάρτησης κέρδους μιας επιχείρησης και κατά συνέπεια την πολιτική αποθεμάτων μεγιστοποίησης των κερδών της. Σημαντικό αποτελεί δηλαδή η ισορροπία των εσόδων και του κόστους αποθεματοποίησης. Μπορεί μία επιχείρηση να έχει πολλά έσοδα, όμως τα κόστη θα πρέπει να μείνουν σε χαμηλά επίπεδα για να μπορεί να λειτουργεί αποτελεσματικά και να επιβιώσει.\nΣτη συνέχεια, προτείνεται η μέθοδος της προσομοίωσης ως ιδανικό εργαλείο υλοποίησης του προαναφερθέντος σκοπού. Έπειτα ακολουθεί η δομή της εργασίας, με συνοπτική ανάλυση του κάθε κεφαλαίου.",
