Στη συνέχεια, στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο γίνεται αναφορά της έννοιας και του περιεχομένου της βιομηχανικής ιδιοκτησίας. Παρουσιάζεται η έννοια της ευρεσιτεχνίας, τα είδη των διπλωμάτων και οι προϋποθέσεις που απαιτούνται για την κατοχύρωσή τους. Τέλος, στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο ορίζονται το αντικείμενο, το υποκείμενο, οι περιορισμοί και το περιεχόμενο του δικαιώματος της πνευματικής ιδιοκτησίας. Όπως και τα προληπτικά μέτρα προστασίας, οι αστικές και ποινικές κυρώσεις.",
