Οι κτιριακές εγκαταστάσεις αποτελούν κατά \nκανόνα απλή κατασκευή με τις πλευρικές διαστάσεις (τοιχοποιία) από μεταλλική \nκατασκευή. Η στέγη είναι κατά κανόνα μεταλλική ενώ τα υποστυλώματα και τα \nπεριμετρικά  δοκάρια  έχουν  γίνει  από  κατάλληλο  οπλισμένο  σκυρόδερμα. Το \nδάπεδο  είναι  από  μπετόν  και  η  επιφάνεια  είναι  αντιολισθητική με  προσθήκη \nσκληρυντικής  ύλης (βιομηχανικό  δάπεδο).Το  κτίριο  διαθέτει  εγκαταστάσεις  για \nφυσικό  (παράθυρα)  και  τεχνητό  (ηλεκτρισμός)  φωτισμό. Διαθέτει  τις  αναγκαίες \nπόρτες  εισόδου/  εξόδου  που  επιτρέπουν  την  απρόσκοπτη  λειτουργία  της \nμονάδας.\nΗ τυποποιητική μονάδα \nTerra Creta\nδιαθέτει ένα χημικό εργαστήριο το οποίο \nέχει  τη  δυνατότητα  πραγματοποίησης  μιας περιορισμένης  (\nminimum)\nσειράς \nαναλύσεων,  προκειμένου  να  εξασφαλίζεται  καταρχήν  ένας  ελάχιστος  βαθμός \nπροστασίας σε ότι αφορά την ποιότητα των χύμα ελαιολάδων που αγοράζει.\n\n\nΗ  εφαρμογή  Συστημάτων Διαχείρισης  Ποιότητας  βελτιώνει  σημαντικά  το \nποιοτικό επίπεδο του σχεδιασμού και της παραγωγής των προϊόντων. Επιβάλει \nκανόνες και  διαδικασίες  που  βοήθησαν και βοηθούν σημαντικά το  σύνολο της \nεταιρείας  στην βελτίωση της οργάνωσης και της απόδοσής της. \nΗ επιχείρηση  έχει  αναπτύξει  και  εφαρμόζει  Σύστημα  Διαχείρισης  της \nΠοιότητας σύμφωνα με το Πρότυπο \nISO\n9001:2000 και Σύστημα Ασφάλειας και \nΥγιεινής των Τροφίμων σύμφωνα με τις αρχές του \nHACCP (Codex Alimentarius), \nκαι την Οδηγία Ε.Ε. 852/2004, αλλά και το Πρότυπο \nIFS.\nΑπό  το  ξεκίνημά  της,  η  Terra  Creta  SA  έχει  πιστοποιηθεί  από  την  TUV \nAUSTRIA,  για  την  εγκατάσταση  και  εφαρμογή  συστημάτων  ISO  9001:2000.",
