    "description" : "Αναφέρεται  στο έγκλημα που συνδέεται με τη χρήση των ηλεκτρονικών υπολογιστών και του Διαδικτύου (ή Internet).\nΣτο πλαίσιο λοιπόν της παρούσης εργασίας εξετάζεται, πέρα από το ζήτημα των μορφών υπό τις οποίες εμφανίζεται το ηλεκτρονικό έγκλημα, μια σειρά σημαντικών θεμάτων, όπως το νομοθετικό πλαίσιο αντιμετώπισής του και η εξερεύνηση του ψηφιακού τόπου του εγκλήματος. Η εργασία επιχειρεί πρώτα να εξηγήσει σε γενικές γραμμές τι είναι το ηλεκτρονικό έγκλημα, ώστε ο αναγνώστης να μπορέσει να παρακολουθήσει τις αναπτύξεις των ποινικών προβλημάτων που ανακύπτουν. Τέλος, αναλύονται  τρόποι για την προστασία καταναλωτών και επιχειρήσεων από τη νέα αυτή μορφή εγκληματικότητας. \nΗ εξέταση των ειδικότερων ζητημάτων, πέρα από τα επιμέρους πορίσματα, καταδεικνύει γενικότερα την ανάγκη παρεμβάσεως του νομοθέτη, εκεί που το σημερινό νομικό πλαίσιο δεν είναι ικανοποιητικό. Η παρέμβαση στον διαρκώς μεταβαλλόμενο κυβερνοχώρο, ένα μέσο που διαμορφώνει δικούς του τρόπους συμπεριφοράς, θα πρέπει να είναι νηφάλια και επιλεκτική, υπακούοντας πάντοτε στην αρχή ότι η ποινή αποτελεί το έσχατο μέσο κρατικής παρέμβασης.",
