    "description" : "Στην παρούσα εργασία γίνεται μια προσπάθεια προσέγγισης της αγροτικής οικονομίας και ανάπτυξης που σημειώθηκε στην ΕΣΣΔ από τη δεκαετία του 1920 εως το 1965.\nΣτο πρώτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται μια μικρή αναφορά στον αγροτικό τομέα της προ-επαναστατικής ΕΣΣΔ από τον 9ο αιώνα ως την Οκτωβριανή Επανάσταση (1919).Στη συνέχεια ακολουθεί εκτενής αναφορά στη ΝΕΠ. . Στα τέλη της δεκαετίας, η ΝΕΠ αντικαταστάθηκε  από την πολιτική «επίθεση του καπιταλισμού εναντία στον καπιταλισμό» με στόχο την πλήρη κατάργηση καπιταλιστικών σχέσεων. Ταυτόχρονα αναπτύχθηκε η πολιτική της κολεκτιβοποίησης και τα Σοβχοζ. Ακολούθησε το πρώτο κεντρικά σχεδιασμένο 5χρονο πλάνο. \nΣτο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο αναλύεται το δεύτερο πλάνο και η αλληλεπίδραση της ισχυρής βιομηχανικής παραγωγής και της αγροτικής οικονομίας\nΣτο τρίτο κεφάλαιο καταγράφονται οι στόχοι και τα αποτελέσματα του τρίτου και του τέταρτου πλάνου καθώς επίσης και οι επιπτώσεις του Β΄Παγκόσμιου Πολέμου.\nΣτο τελευταίο κεφάλαιο γίνεται μια προσπάθεια προσέγγισης της οικοδόμησης του σοσιαλισμού με διευρυμένα κριτήρια εξαιτίας του Β΄ Παγκοσμίου Πολέμου που είχε προηγηθεί. Περιγράφεται το πέμπτο 5χρονο πλάνο (1951-1955)",
