    "description" : "Λέγοντας εργατικό δίκαιο εννοούμε το σύνολο των κανόνων δικαίου, που ρυθμίζουν τις σχέσεις οι οποίες δημιουργούνται από την υπάρχουσα μεταξύ του εργοδότη και των μισθωτών του σύμβαση παροχής εξαρτημένης εργασίας. Δηλαδή περιλαμβάνονται οι διατάξεις που καθορίζουν τα δικαιώματα και τις υποχρεώσεις των εργαζομένων (υπαλλήλων, εργατοτεχνιτών, μαθητευομένων, κτλ), καθώς επίσης και τις υποχρεώσεις και τα δικαιώματα των εργοδοτών. Παράλληλα το Εργατικό Δίκαιο ρυθμίζει και τις σχέσεις που δημιουργούνται μεταξύ των εργαζομένων, των εργοδοτών και του Κράτους , εννοείται βέβαια πάντοτε από την παροχή εξαρτημένης εργασίας. Η σημασία του Εργατικού Δικαίου είναι μεγάλη, γιατί αυτό ενδιαφέρει το μεγαλύτερο τμήμα του πληθυσμού της χώρας (μισθωτούς, εργοδότες κτλ). Δεδομένου άλλωστε ότι οποιαδήποτε κοινωνική εξέλιξη και ευημερία εξαρτάται κατά μεγάλο μέρος από την εναρμόνιση των σχέσεων των δύο αυτών κατηγοριών προσώπων, τις οποίες ρυθμίζει η εργατική νομοθεσία. Ιδιαίτερα σήμερα έχει εξελιχθεί σε ένα από τους σπουδαιότερους κλάδους του δικαίου, γιατί καθορίζει εκτός από τα άλλα θέματα , τον τρόπο χρησιμοποίησης της εργασίας και την αμοιβή αυτής , που αποτελεί ασφαλώς τον κυριότερο συντελεστή της  παραγωγής.",
