    "description" : "Με   την   παρούσα\nεργασία   επιχειρείται   παρουσίαση   της \nπαραγωγής  και  της  ποιότητας  των  οίνων  που  παράγονται  στην \nαμπελουργική ζώνη του νομού Φλώρινας.\nΑυτό \nπραγματοποιείται \nμε \nτην \nκατ’ αρχήν \nαναφορά \nπληροφοριακών  στοιχείων    για  την  υφιστάμενη  κατάσταση  και  τη \nνομοθεσία  που  διέπει  την  αμπελουργία,  ενώ  στο  κυρίως  θέμα \nαναφέρονται   αναλυτικά   στο   κάθε   κεφάλαιο   οι   προσυλλεκτικοί \nπαράγοντες  που  επηρεάζουν  την  ποιότητα  του  κρασιού  αλλά  και  οι \nπροκαταρκτικές διαδικασίες που απαιτούνται για την επεξεργασία του.\nΙδιαίτερη  αναφορά  γίνεται  στην  βιομηχανική  αλλά  και  την \nπαραδοσιακή  επεξεργασία  του  κρασιού  καθώς  και  στο  προϊόν  που \nπροηγείται της παραγωγής του δηλαδή το γλεύκος (μούστος).\nΣτη \nσυνέχεια \nτης \nεργασίας αναφέρονται \nτα  ποιοτικά \nχαρακτηριστικά των  παραγόμενων  οίνων  και ο ποιοτικός έλεγχος που \nυπόκεινται.\nΣτο τελευταίο κομμάτι της εργασίας παρουσιάζονται στοιχεία για \nτην  νοθεία  των  ερυθρών  κρασιών  αλλά  και  τις  ευεργετικές  τους \nεπιδράσεις στην υγεία του ανθρώπου.\nΗ εργασία ολοκληρώνεται με την παρουσίαση της βιβλιογραφίας \nπου χρησιμοποιήθηκε για την εκπόνησή τη",
