    "description" : "Στην συγκεκριμένη εργασία θα γίνει αναφορά στο τι προτείνει ο καθηγητής του Harvard Business School M.Porter για την ανταγωνιστικότητα των επιχειρήσεων και της εθνικής οικονομίας αλλά και στην εφαρμογή ή μη της θεωρητικής αυτής\n Ξεκινώντας από το πρώτο κεφάλαιο θα αναλυθεί το πώς μια επιχείρηση μπορεί να χαρτογραφήσει τις λειτουργίες της έτσι ώστε έχοντας μια αναλυτική άποψη των δραστηριοτήτων της να αντιμετωπίζει πιθανές της αδυναμίες. \nΣτο\nδεύτερο κεφάλαιο επιχειρείται μια βαθύτερη ανάλυση στον τρόπο με τον οποίο εφαρμόζονται βασικές στρατηγικές επίτευξης του ανταγωνιστικού πλεονεκτήματος όπως το πλεονέκτημα κόστους, η διαφοροποίηση και η εστίαση που αναπτύχθηκαν στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο. Στο\nτρίτο κεφάλαιο\nθα αναφέρεται στην κατάσταση στην οποία βρίσκεται η ανταγωνιστικότητα της ελληνικής οικονομίας με βάση τις προδιαγραφές\nπου ο  M.Porter  έθεσε στην ανάλυσή του σχετικά με την εθνική ανταγωνιστικότητα\nΣτο τέταρτο και τελευταίο κεφάλαιο αυτής της εργασίας γίνεται μια απόπειρα να προσδιοριστεί ο κλάδος στον οποίο η ελληνική οικονομία έχει ή θα  μπορούσε να αναπτύξει εθνικό ανταγωνιστικό πλεονέκτημα. Για τον σκοπό αυτό παρουσιάζονται τα οικονομικά στοιχεία και η δομή του κλάδου των τροφίμων και κυρίως εκείνου της Γαλακτοβιομηχανίας όπου και αναπτύσσεται το υπόδειγμα Porter.",
