Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο της παρούσα εργασίας καταγράφονται τα στοιχεία καλλιέργειας της ντομάτας (προέλευση, καλλιέργεια, συγκομιδή, λίπανση κ.α.) Στο δεύτερο μέρος παρατίθεται το διάγραμμα της παραγωγικής διαδικασίας και οι παράμετροι ποιότητας(παραγωγή τοματοπολτού και κύβων). Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο περιγράφεται η διαδικασία του ποιοτικού ελέγχου και στη συνέχεια το πώς αξιολογούνται οι ποιοτικές προδιαγραφές και εξάγονται τα συμπεράσματα της έρευνας.",
