Τέλος, στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο περιγράφονται οι εξωτερικές\tοικονομικές δραστηριότητες της ελληνικής\tβιομηχανίας\nγαλακτοκομικών προϊόντων στις χ-μ της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης και Ανατολικής Ευρώπης καθώς επίσης παρουσιάζονται τα προβλήματα του κλάδου και οι προοπτικές εξέλιξης του.",
