    "description" : "Στην πτυχιακή εργασία, γίνεται μια σύντομη προσπάθεια αναφοράς στην υπάρχουσα κατάσταση στον τομέα της οινοποίησης στην Ελλάδα και γίνονται κάποιες προτάσεις διαφόρων μεθόδων που θα μπορούσαν να ακολουθήσουν οι εταιρίες παραγωγής οίνου, ώστε να αξιοποιήσουν στο μέγιστο βαθμό όλα τα παραπροϊόντα τους χωρίς να επιβαρύνουν το περιβάλλον. Στην  αρχή  γίνεται  μια  αναφορά  στην  διαδικασία  επεξεργασίας  των \nαποβλήτων, όχι μόνο στον τομέα των τροφίμων αλλά γενικά σε όλους τους \nτομείς της βιομηχανίας. Ακολούθως  γίνεται αναφορά στην πρώτη ύλη  που \nχρησιμοποιούν για την παραγωγή του κρασιού, το σταφύλι, σε όλο το φάσμα \nτης παραγωγής του, από το χωράφι μέχρι την συγκομιδή και στην συνέχεια \nπαρατίθεται οι διαδικασίες  που  ακολουθούνται  στο  οινοποιείο  μέχρι  να \nφτάσει στο τελικό προϊόν, το κρασί. Τέλος,  αναφέρονται  όλες  εκείνες  οι  προτάσεις αξιοποίησης  των \nαποβλήτων της παραγωγής οίνου, οι οποίες μπορούν να δώσουν λύση στο\nπρόβλημα  που  δημιουργείται από  την απόρριψη  τους  απλώς  σε  χώρους \nυγειονομικής ταφής απορριμμάτων.",
