    "description" : "Η θεωρητική ανάλυση των πολιτικών συμπεριφορών προϋποθέτει τη θεώρηση όλων των ρόλων καθώς και του τρόπου της αλληλεξαρτήσεως τους. Αυτό στην πραγματικότητα σημαίνει ότι οποιαδήποτε ουσιώδης αλλαγή σε οποιοδήποτε ρόλο θα επιφέρει κάποιου είδους αλλαγή ή μετατόπιση στους λοιπούς ρόλους. Αναπόφευκτο αποτέλεσμα αυτών των μετατοπίσεων είναι η αλλοίωση της μορφής, της συστάσεως, των χαρακτηριστικών, ακόμη και της ταυτότητος του συστήματος\nΤο πρακτικό σκέλος εμπεριέχει την παρουσίαση και την λεπτομερή ανάλυση των αποτελεσμάτων των βουλευτικών εκλογών στο Νομό Καστοριάς στις χρονολογικές περιόδους 1981, 1990, 1996 και 2004, καθώς και την ανάλυση της πολιτικής συμπεριφοράς των κατοίκων του νομού Καστοριάς και των παραγόντων που επηρεάζουν αυτή τη συμπεριφορά. Μέσα από την διαδικασία της ανάλυσης των αποτελεσμάτων μπορούμε να κατανοήσουμε τη σημασία, τον ρόλο και τη δύναμη των παραγόντων αυτών και να μελετήσουμε τα κριτήρια με τα οποία γίνεται η επιλογή της ψήφου από τους κατοίκους του Νομού Καστοριάς.",
