    "description" : "Με τη χρήση του διαδικτύου και του ηλεκτρονικού εμπορίου διευκολύνεται και βελτιώνεται σημαντικά ο αγοραστικός τρόπος των καταναλωτών, μέσω της αυτοματοποίησης όλων των διαδικασιών που διέπουν τα συστατικά του εμπορίου (παραγγελία, αγορά, πώληση, service, εξυπηρέτηση μετά την πώληση), αλλά ταυτόχρονα καταλύεται σταδιακά η προσωπική επαφή μεταξύ των καταναλωτών και των πωλητών.\nΤο ηλεκτρονικό εμπόριο θα αποτελέσει τον παράγοντα εκείνον, ο οποίος θα συμμετέχει ενεργά και θα έχει τον ηγετικό ρόλο στην προσπάθεια των ελληνικών επιχειρήσεων για την επιχειρηματική τους ανάπτυξη και την οικονομική τους ευρωστία, τόσο σε εθνική όσο και σε διεθνή εμβέλεια. Όμως, για να καρποφορήσει το ηλεκτρονικό εμπόριο στην Ελλάδα, θα πρέπει πρώτα να έχει προετοιμαστεί κατάλληλα το επιχειρηματικό, κοινωνικό και πολιτικό έδαφος, στο οποίο θα σπαρθεί ο καρπός του.",
