    "description" : "Στα πλαίσια της εργασίας μελετήθηκε η υποβάθμιση της ποιότητας των υδάτων, τα αίτια που την προκαλούν και οι νομοθεσίες που ισχύουν. \nΣτο πρώτο και στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζονται οι βασικές αρχές της ρύπανσης, οι πηγές της και οι επιπτώσεις της ρύπανσης των υδάτων στην υγεία και το περιβάλλον.\nΣτο τρίτο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζεται η ρύπανση των υδάτων από γεωργικές και κτηνοτροφικές δραστηριότητες και συγκεκριμένα από τη χρήση λιπασμάτων, φυτοφαρμάκων καθώς και από τις αζωτούχες ενώσεις.\nΤέλος στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζεται η κατάσταση που επικρατεί στην Ελλάδα, σχετικά με τη ρύπανση των υδάτων, οι τρόποι διαχείρισης των υδατικών πόρων καθώς και η οδηγία πλαίσιο για τα ύδατα και την πολιτική που εφαρμόζει η Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση για την Νιτρορύπανση.",
