    "description" : "Σε δύο πειράματα φυτοδοχείων αξιολογήθηκαν 17 πληθυσμοί (από ορυζώνες Νομών Θεσσαλονίκης, Σερρών και Καβάλας) μουχρίτσας (Echinochloa oryzicola (Vasing.) Vasing) για την πιθανότητα ανάπτυξης πολλαπλής ανθεκτικότητας σε ζιζανιοκτόνα-αναστολείς των ενζύμων οξικογαλακτική συνθάση (ALS) και καρβοξυλάση του ακέτυλο-CoA (ACCase). Αξιολογήθηκαν τα ζιζανιοκτόνα penoxsulam, bispyribac-Na, imazamox, cyhalofop-butyl στη συνιστώμενη και διπλάσια δόση, ενώ το profoxydim στην υποτετραπλάσια, υποδιπλάσια, συνιστώμενη και διπλάσια δόση. Η εφαρμογή των επεμβάσεων πραγματοποιήθηκε όταν τα φυτά του ζιζανίου βρίσκονταν στο στάδιο των 3-5 φύλλων (1-2 αδέλφια). Κάθε επέμβαση είχε τρεις επαναλήψεις (φυτοδοχεία), ενώ το κάθε πείραμα επαναλήφθηκε δύο φορές. Τα αποτελέσματα έδειξαν ότι όλοι οι πληθυσμοί ήταν ευαίσθητοι στο profoxydim, ακόμα και όταν εκτέθηκαν στην υποτετραπλάσια δόση. Επίσης, η συνιστώμενη δόση του cyhalofop-butyl μείωσε το νωπό βάρος επτά πληθυσμών κατά 66-100%, ενώ η ίδια και η διπλάσια δόση μείωσε το νωπό βάρος έξι πληθυσμών κατά 9-56% και 73-100%, αντίστοιχα. Αντίθετα, η συνιστώμενη και διπλάσια δόση του cyhalofop-butyl μείωσε το νωπό βάρος τεσσάρων πληθυσμών κατά 0-45% και 18-57%. Η συνιστώμενη δόση των ζιζανιοκτόνων penoxsulam και imazamox μείωσε το νωπό βάρος δέκα πληθυσμών κατά 0-29% και 0-47%, αντίστοιχα, ενώ η αντίστοιχη μείωση από τη διπλάσια δόση τους ήταν 16-77% και 6-59%. Η συνιστώμενη δόση του bispyribac-Na μείωσε το νωπό βάρος 11 πληθυσμών κατά 0-64%. Η συνιστώμενη και διπλάσια δόση όλων των ALS-ζιζανιοκτόνων μείωσε το νωπό βάρος πέντε πληθυσμών κατά 72-100% και 89-100%. Τέλος, δύο πληθυσμοί έδειξαν πιθανή πολλαπλή ανθεκτικότητα τόσο σε ζιζανιοκτόνα-αναστολείς της δράσης του ενζύμου ALS (penoxsulam, imazamox, bispyribac-Na) και ACCase (cyhalofop-butyl).",
