In the years of economic crisis, companies and small enterprises in Greece struggle to survive, confronting continuously weakened purchasing power of consumers and strict tax measures which have impact in both supply and demand. In this unpromising financial environment, unexpectedly, young entrepreneurship thrives. Many talented young people after their first professional steps as employees, come up with original enterprising ideas and follow their own path to success, breaking the vicious cycle of general social pessimism about the future in the country. This dissertation follows the steps from generating the idea to making it a solid promising company and asks the question if a promising start up company can be sustainable and be the answer to economic crisis. For this purpose I used the example of a fresh start up named "Blueground".
Στα χρόνια της οικονομικής κρίσης, οι επιχειρήσεις και οι μικρές επιχειρήσεις στην Ελλάδα αγωνίζονται να επιβιώσουν, αντιμετωπίζουν την συνεχώς εξασθενημένη αγοραστική δύναμη των καταναλωτών και αυστηρά φορολογικά μέτρα που επηρεάζουν τόσο την προσφορά όσο και τη ζήτηση. Σε αυτό το μη υποσχόμενο οικονομικό περιβάλλον, απροσδόκητα, η νεανική επιχειρηματικότητα ευδοκιμεί. Πολλοί ταλαντούχοι νέοι μετά τα πρώτα επαγγελματικά βήματα τους ως υπάλληλοι, αναπτύσουν πρωτότυπες επιχειρηματικές ιδέες και ακολουθούν το δικό τους μονοπάτι προς την επιτυχία, σπάζοντας τον φαύλο κύκλο της γενικής κοινωνικής απαισιοδοξίας για το μέλλον της χώρας. Αυτή η εργασία ακολουθεί τα βήματα από τη δημιουργία της ιδέας για να γίνει μια σταθερή υποσχόμενη εταιρεία και ρωτά εάν μια πολλά υποσχόμενη startup μπορεί να είναι βιώσιμη και να είναι η απάντηση στην οικονομική κρίση. Για το σκοπό αυτό χρησιμοποίησα το παράδειγμα μιας νέας startup με το όνομα "Blueground".
