      "@value" : "Βασισμένη στην επιθυμία της Ελένης Βερναδάκη και θεωρώντας το εργαστήριο της ιδιαίτερα σημαντικό τόσο ως έργο του αρχιτέκτονα Τ. Ζενέτου όσο και ως χώρο εργασίας που διατηρείται αναλλοίωτος, προτείνω τον σχεδιασμό ενός νέου κτηρίου σε παρακείμενο οικόπεδο. Το νέο κτήριο όχι μόνο θα αποτελεί προθάλαμο του εργαστηρίου της καλλιτέχνιδας, λειτουργώντας ως επισκέψιμο έκθεμα του εαυτού του, αλλά και ως χώρος όπου καλλιτέχνες και κοινό θα μπορούν να έρθουν σε επαφή με την κεραμική τέχνη. Γύρω από μια αυλή η οποία λειτουργεί ως κεντρικό σημείο συνάντησης και δημιουργίας συντάσσεται ένα συγκρότημα κτηρίων χωρισμένο σε δυο ενότητες. Η μια ενότητα αφορά το κοινό και περιλαβαίνει εργαστήρια εκμάθησης κεραμικής για παιδιά και μια έκθεση εισαγωγής στο εργαστήριο τη καλλιτέχνιδος. Ενώ η δεύτερη ενότητα απευθύνεται σε καλλιτέχνες και περιλαμβάνει ένα μεγάλο εργαστήριο κεραμικής, εστίες για να μπορούν να μένουν και τέλος έναν χώρο για την έκθεση και πώληση των δημιουργιών τους."
