Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία αποτελεί πρόταση ανάπλασης του πρώην στρατοπέδου Σπυρούδη στον δήμο Αγίας Παρασκευής Αττικής , αντικαθιστώντας τα υφιστάμενα, ερειπωμένα κτήρια, με μια ζωντανή δομή δικτύου πολιτισμού προσβάσιμη από όλους. Η πρόταση επικεντρώνεται στην ανάγκη της περιοχής μελέτης για την στέγαση χώρων πολιτισμού και στη σύνδεση της με τις υφιστάμενες πολιτιστικές δραστηριότητες. Ο σχεδιασμός αφορά την δημιουργία ενός δημόσιου Κέντρου πολιτισμού με εγκαταστάσεις καλλιτεχνικής έκφρασης σε συνδυασμό με δομές αποφόρτισης και ευεξίας . Βασική πρόθεση ήταν η συσχέτιση της περιοχής μελέτης με τους πρόποδες του Υμηττού και το τοπίο δημιουργώντας ένα κτηριακό σύνολο το οποίο σέβεται το ανάγλυφο και τον χαρακτήρα της γειτονιάς , και έχει ως κύριο στόχο την αναβάθμιση της δημόσιας ψυχικής και σωματικής υγείας, μέσω της τέχνης , του αθλητισμού και της χαλάρωσης. This thesis is a proposal for the reconstruction of the former Spyroudis camp in the municipality of Agia Paraskevi, Attica, replacing the existing, dilapidated buildings with a living cultural network structure accessible to all. The proposal focuses on the need of the study area to accommodate cultural spaces and its connection with existing cultural activities. The design concerns the creation of a public cultural center with facilities for artistic expression combined with relaxation and wellness structures. The main intention was to associate the study area with the foothills of Hymettos and the landscape, creating a building complex that respects the relief and character of the neighborhood, and has as its main objective the upgrading of public mental and physical health, through art, of sports and relaxation.
