      "@value" : "Στην παρούσα διπλωματική θα διεξαχθεί μια σειρά πειραμάτων, σκοπός των οποίων είναι ο προσδιορισμός της αναπτυσσόμενης τραχύτητας κατά το φραιζάρισμα με κονδυλοφόρα βαρελοειδούς απόληξης. Η μελέτη θα πραγματοποιηθεί σε ποικίλες συνθήκες κοπής. Συγκεκριμένα οι συνθήκες κοπής που θα διαφοροποιούνται θα είναι οι εξής: η ταχύτητα κοπής, η ταχύτητα πρόωσης, το ακτινικό βάθος κοπής καθώς και η κλίση του κοπτικού εργαλείου προς την κατεργαζόμενη επιφάνεια. Κατά την διάρκεια των πειραμάτων θα χρησιμοποιηθεί τραχύμετρο για την μέτρηση της επιφανειακής τραχύτητας. Μετά το πέρας των πειραμάτων, θα χρησιμοποιηθεί στερεοσκόπιο για την φωτογράφιση της τοπομορφίας των κατεργασμένων δοκιμίων ώστε να συνδυαστεί η τοπομορφία της κατεργασμένης επιφάνειας με την τραχύτητα επιφάνειας."
