      "@value" : "Στην ερευνητική αυτή αναλύεται ο τρόπος που αναπτύχθηκε η πόλη του Βουκουρεστίου υπό την εγκαθίδρυση του Κομμουνιστικού Καθεστώτος, μετά την λήξη του Β’ Παγκόσμιου Πολέμου. Κύριος στόχος της εξουσίας, ήταν η εκτεταμένη ανοικοδόμηση και ο εκσυγχρονισμός των υποδομών. Ειδικότερα στον οικιστικό τομέα, μεγάλη προσοχή δόθηκε στην ανοικοδόμηση των κατεστραμμένων από τους βομβαρδισμούς οικισμών και περιοχών, με την ανοικοδόμηση δεκάδων χιλιάδων κτιρίων. Στην συνέχεια, αναλύονται 12 τυπολογίες κατοικιών με βάση τα τετραγωνικά, τους χώρους και τον τρόπο ανάπτυξης στο εσωτερικό τους. Οι τυπολογίες αυτές επιλέχθηκαν λόγω του ότι ήταν αντιπροσωπευτικές κάθε περιόδου και παρατίθενται με άξονα την χρονολογία κατά την οποία αναπτύχθηκαν. Τέλος, επιλέγονται να εξεταστούν συγκεκριμένες περιοχές οι οποίες συγκεντρώνουν αντιπροσωπευτικά δείγματα των μαζικών κατοικιών."
