    "description" : "Η πορτοκαλί οικονομία χαρακτηρίζεται ως τεταρτογενής τομέας παραγωγής και θέτει στον πυρήνα της τον πολιτισμό και τη δημιουργικότητα. Η αξία των παραγόμενων αγαθών και υπηρεσιών καθορίζεται από τα πνευματικά δικαιώματα. Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι η ανάδειξη της αξίας διασύνδεσης των σχολικών μονάδων, συγκεκριμένα της μη υποχρεωτικής γενικής δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης, με την πορτοκαλί οικονομία, προβάλλοντας τις δεξιότητες του 21ου αιώνα, τις οποίες αποκτούν τα μαθησιακά υποκείμενα μέσω της εκπαίδευσης στην πολιτιστική – δημιουργική επιχειρηματικότητα. Διερευνάται η θέση των εκπαιδευτικών έναντι του θέματος και συσχετίζονται οι φέρουσες ιδεολογίες τους με την ανάπτυξη της καινοτομίας και της δημιουργικότητας στη σχολική κοινότητα. Παράλληλα αξιολογείται η βιωσιμότητα της πρότασης λειτουργίας των ΓΕΛ, στο εγγύς μέλλον, ως κόμβων πολιτισμού και δημιουργικότητας, που θα προωθούν την πολιτιστική – δημιουργική επιχειρηματικότητα ως βιώσιμη επαγγελματική επιλογή. Η εργασία χωρίζεται σε δύο μέρη. Στο θεωρητικό μέρος αναλύεται το περιεχόμενο των όρων: «πορτοκαλί οικονομία», «δεξιότητες 21ου αιώνα», «εκπαίδευση στην πολιτιστική-δημιουργική επιχειρηματικότητα» και έπεται η ανασκόπηση συναφών ερευνών. Στο δεύτερο μέρος παρουσιάζεται η έρευνα, η οποία διεξήχθη με τη μέθοδο Delphi σε ομάδα εκπαιδευτικών Γενικών Λυκείων. Διαπιστώθηκε ότι οι καινοτόμοι εκπαιδευτικοί των ΓΕΛ, αν και δεν είναι ολοκληρωτικά απαλλαγμένοι από στερεότυπα, που αφορούν στη σχέση της εκπαίδευσης, του πολιτισμού και της επιχειρηματικότητας, αναγνωρίζουν την αξία εναλλακτικών μαθησιακών προσεγγίσεων και δύνανται να υποστηρίξουν με σθένος τη διασύνδεση των σχολικών μονάδων με την πορτοκαλί οικονομία.",
