Τα δικαιώματα των επιβατών στις αεροπορικές μεταφορές μέσα στην Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση

The purpose of this work is the analysis and reporting of passenger rights in air transport in the European Union and the variation of those rights, the basis of its legislation. Initially, a description of the liberalization of air transport, as well as the European Union's efforts to improve passenger information. Then analyzed both occupant protection pillars: a) the protection of the passenger through the air services and b) ways of solving problems between the passenger and the operator. Then presented the basic regulation of the European Parliament dealing with basic protection for passengers, the compensation cases but exercise and the legal protection that each passenger has. Finally, reference is made to the liberalization of air fares in the European Union.
