Έκφραση φυτικών γονιδίων σε συνθήκες καταπόνησης

The aim of the work is the learning of the DNA isolation method and RNA, plant genes in stress conditions, the handling of these nucleotides in various processes and finding existence and expression of genes Nax1, HKT7 and SOS1, in triticum varieties selected for this reason research. The methods used are discussed below and are based on the international literature. At work using 20 varieties of genus triticum Greek and foreign. They are grown under strictly controlled conditions in the molecular biology laboratory of the Plant Production Department of ATEI. The cultivation was carried out in four nutrient solutions with different NaCl concentrations and a witness. All samples were ground and became extraction of ribonucleotides with the same methods. To isolate the genes used ready kit slightly modified for better efficiency in this experiment.
