In the thesis the following file is analyzed on a theoretical and practical level. Initially the theoretical aspect of the file referred to and discussed in detail the science of the profession concerned, the concepts, principles and work to include. Important digitization and the relationship of the archival information is considered and included. He then outlines the services dealing with the files and to the body whose the processed file. Finally, the practice was accompanied by the presentation of the methodology of the work done for the classification of archival material IKA Pilis Aksiou the first to the last stage and the introduction of the results, with specific indexes.
