Investigation revealed a massively dilated stomach withdelayed gastric emptying and normal pylorus. On exploratory laparotomy, diagnosis of primaryacquired gastric outlet obstruction (Jodhpur disease) was confirmed and she underwentpyloroplasty with uneventful post-operative period.
