      "@value" : "SUMMARY\nJejunojejunal intussusception is a rare clinical entity and\namong several causing factors, lipomas seem to be the most\ncommon. The present case report describes this event in an\nadult patient with severe episodes of heamatohesia and\ncolicky abdominal pain. The diagnosis of intussusception\nwas made preoperatively with CT and upper gastrointestinal\nseries, but none of these modalities could reveal its’ exact\nleading cause. Since the possibility of malignancy could not\nbe ruled out, exploratory laparotomy was mandatory. At\nsurgery the jejunojejunal intussusception was found to be\nsecondary to an intraluminal lipoma and primary\nreanastomosis was performed in the presence of bowel\nischemia.\nKey words: Lipoma, jejunojejunal, intussusception, bowel\nischemia"
