Στο περιοδικό παρουσιάζονται επίσης οι διαβουλεύσεις της Γενικής Γραμματείας Έρευνας και Τεχνολογίας για το \"Εθνικό Σχέδιο Δράσης για την Ενίσχυση της Έρευνας, της Τεχνολογικής Ανάπτυξης και της Καινοτομίας\" και τις \"Δράσεις Έρευνας και Ανάπτυξης προς τον Παραγωγικό Τομέα\". Ερευνητές από πανεπιστήμια, ερευνητικά ινστιτούτα, θεσμικά όργανα έρευνας και τεχνολογίας, επιχειρήσεις, επιστημονικές οργανώσεις κ.λπ. καλούνται να συμμετάσχουν στον διάλογο για την \"αρχιτεκτονική\" και οργάνωση του ερευνητικού ιστού της χώρας.
