Αναλύεται ο ρόλος των επιστημόνων στη κοινωνία μέσα από συνεντεύξεις και επιπλέον γίνεται παρουσίαση του δικτυακού τόπου \"Έρευνα και Καινοτομία\" του Εθνικού Κέντρου Τεκμηρίωσης. Επιπλέον, παρουσιάζονται σημαντικές πρωτοβουλίες που υποστηρίζουν την υλοποίηση των στόχων του Ευρωπαϊκού Χώρου Έρευνας. Πρόκειται για το Ευρωπαϊκό Πρόγραμμα Διακυβερνητικής Συνεργασίας - COST και του Ελληνικού Κέντρου Αναδιανομής Τεχνολογίας. Ειδικότερα παρέχονται πληροφορίες για το πρόγραμμα SARA και για το προηγμένο σύστημα ERP που αποτελεί επιτυχία του Ελληνικού Κέντρου Αναδιανομής Τεχνολογίας.",
